Lawn Care Service for Kentuckiana area

Our Lawn Mowing Service includes lawn mowing, edging walkways, string trimming, and then we blow the walkways, driveway, porches, and steps clean of debris. We only use high-quality equipment and we keep our equipment thoroughly maintained and mower blades sharp. Our service includes all this and starts as low as $40.00 for small lots.

  • Lawns that require extensive edging and trimming work will be priced higher.
  • Lawns that have fences will be priced higher.
  • Lawns that have not been mowed in a while and are high, will be priced higher for the first mowing.
  • The first mowing will be the Bi-Weekly Mowing price and if you choose the Weekly Mowing plan after that the price will change to the Weekly price.
  • If you have pets and leave it in a gated area where you want us to mow. Please give us instruction on how to handle the pet while we are mowing that area.
  • If you have a fenced area the gates must be a least 55 inches wide.


Lawn Mowing Service
Mow front & back yard with top of the line mowers. Line trim around beds, fences, trees, (please protect to avoid tree damage,) AC, and areas not accessible with the mower.  Blow all clean. We normally mow at approximately 3 inches unless advised otherwise.

Mow Day & Time
We work Monday thru Friday. We are in certain areas on certain days, so you will be assigned a specific mow day. We follow the same route every week, so you will notice we arrive at about the same time each week. However, as we add customers, it may change, so we cannot guarantee a time of day. We sometimes work until 7 PM, so if your yard is not mowed by 5 PM, do not worry.

Lawn Mowing Season
Starts in March if needed and last until 1st week of November or until not needed.

Please select your payment option when requesting service. You have the option to pay online with your credit/debit card or to receive a bill at the end of each week and mail a check.  Bills should be paid before the next service date. If we do not receive payment or notification that a payment is on its way, we will discontinue service until the remaining balance is paid in full. Please note, if you would like to continue service after a payment is late we ask that the first service be paid upfront.

We take most major credit cards, cash, and personal checks.  We ask that you do not mail cash.

If we damage a sprinkler head or drain cap, contact us within a week of the damage & we will repair or replace it.

If you feel our work is unsatisfactory, just call or email a short request and we will be happy to come back to redo the service without an additional charge, either the same or the following day.  If you do not notify us in 24 hrs., we consider the work satisfactory for that trip and will not be able to improve our service to best fit you. Please contact us with your concerns and suggestions.

If you would like to skip a service. Please contact us. We won’t skip your lawn unless you notify us to do so. If the conditions are very dry we may stop mowing for several weeks if needed to allow the grass to grow back to an acceptable height.

We try to complete our routes unless it is pouring rain all day, in which case, we push back the remainder of the work 1 business day, utilizing Saturday to catch up for the week. This is a strict scheduled service, and we rely on you to call if you feel it is too wet to mow and would like to skip one service. Unfortunately, if you skip the mow, it cannot be rescheduled for a later day that week.  Keep in mind the grass will get tall which may create some problems.

You must make changes the day before your mow day to become effective.

Cleaning out your flower beds is not a part of the mowing service.

If you lock your gate, it must have a combination lock for us to service your property.  We are very careful about locking and closing gates, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard,  therefore, you accept our service with this provision.

You may want to skip a mowing for some reason ( i.e. back yard project, rain, etc. ) if you are a weekly customer. We allow 2 skips per season for weekly customers and no skips for bi-weekly customers.  If you contact us to skip a mow, be aware your original schedule will not be altered, so it will either be 1 or 2 weeks for the next mow.

There are no deductions if you build a pool and decrease the size of your yard. Serving a home with a pool actually creates more areas to mow around, more line trimming and less open areas to mow. However, we will not raise your rate.


We try our best to answer all calls during business hours but in the event, we do not answer, all voicemails will be returned.

There is no obligation on either party to begin or continue service. “If you like us” and “We like you” makes for a good beneficial relationship.  If you decide to be our customer, we consider you a customer from season to season until you cancel.  There is no penalty or cancellation fee for discontinuing service. Just a reminder, if you feel you only need our service once or twice a year,  special rates do not apply.
